1. Welcome to All Breeds ​​

A maximum of 6 dogs per session.  All dog breeds are welcome. Breeds on the exemption list must adhere to DEFRA 2024 regulations, detailed on the exempt dogs page.

   2. Cleanliness and Waste Management

Please pick up after your dog(s) and use the bins provided. Take your own rubbish home.

    3. Drive and Walk Responsibly

Please drive slowly (maximum 5mph) while on private property and be mindful of our neighbors. Local visitors walking to the field should use the designated track. Kindly note that the dog park is independently operated and not managed by the homeowner.

 

    4. Use at Your Own Risk

Owners are responsible for their dog(s) and children at all times while using the field.

 

    5. Arrival and Booking Information

Directions and the combination padlock code will be sent 24 hours before your booking. 

Respect booking times to avoid overlapping with other users.

   6. Weather Conditions

Reschedule only with more than 48 hours’ notice. It’s your responsibility to assess conditions like heat waves, snow, or storms.

 

    7. Field Closures

Wingfield reserves the right to close the field due to repairs, storms, or other unforeseen events. Affected bookings will be notified immediately.

 

    8. Parking

Park at your own risk. Use the designated spot, one vehicle per visit.

   9. Cameras for Safety

Entrance cameras monitor visitors to ensure safety. CCTV is in operation around the property.

 

  10. Booking Policies

Bookings are private, with a maximum of six dogs per session. Booked times must be strictly observed.

   11. Health Requirements

Dogs must be up-to-date with vaccinations, flea treatments, and worming.

 

  12. Off-Leash and Equipment Use

Off-lead activity is at your own risk. Training leads are available for use but must be returned. Do not move or climb on equipment.

  13. Field Conditions

The field may have uneven terrain, so please exercise caution. Wingfield and the property owner are not liable for any slips or falls.

​

  14. Illness Policy

Contact us to reschedule if your dog is unwell (e.g., diarrhea or kennel cough).

 

  15. Prohibited Activities

Fires, BBQs, smoking, alcohol, and glass bottles are strictly forbidden.

 

  16. Payments and Cancellations

Payment secures your booking and implies agreement to the terms. No refunds are offered, but rescheduling is possible with 48+ hours’ notice.

Wingfield reserves the right to revoke access for non-compliance, with damages deducted from advanced payments if applicable.

User errors, such as padlock issues or vehicle incidents, will incur a call-out fee.

Professional dog walkers and trainers are welcome.
